Robert Benson Jr., Esq is a corporate attorney that provides legal services to individuals, businesses, government entities and other organizations around the world.

Mr. Benson regularly advises and assists a variety of corporate clients, including banks, municipalities, corporations and small businesses, on a variety of corporate matters and transactions including M&A transactions, contract preparation and negotiation, joint ventures, financing transactions, franchising, licensing and distribution matters, and corporate restructuring.

Mr. Benson is a graduate of Harvard Law School and Harvard Business School and is a member of the New York Bar and the Georgia Bar.
